I don't think it is Russell Sage. I think it is Sage Publishers,
Inc. They have a little blue book series on research methods etc. that
include authors such as Gary Fine, Robert Yin. However, I am not sure they
publish edited collections. Depending on the content, Teachers College
Press might be a place.
