Paul-- Your invocation of the incest taboo in the discussion on morality
stemming from the hicks discussion of Bakhtin raises in a pointed way
the need of cultural-historical activity theory to take seriously the
"intertwining of the phylogenetic and cultural historical" or different
genetic domains in general. We have never discussed the work in evolutionary
psychology on this list as it relates to CHAT. Is this a topic of interest
and if so, where to begin?
