Michael-- Perhaps you have a draft of one of the papers you point us
toward, or a web-baseable version of one, that would allow those who
do not otherwise have access to your examples to get access? Our
collective experience (! :-) ) suggests that more or less simultaneous
joint attention enhances the quality of subsequent discussion.
We would be glad to post on XMCA webpage or your could post on a web
page and send us all the url. (Which is not to say that those who CAN
get access to papers and book that Michael refs shouldn't hurry up
and do so..... next year.
