Oh, I think it makes good sense to ask in broadcast for objections first,
cos if there are too many of them, it may not even be worthwhile to START
an analysis. Then, once you're underway, and see who'll likely be in there,
you'll know who to ask for permission... and at that point you'd probably
want to do it directly to the people concerned.

Or am I complicating things?
