This was Galton's original approach to intelligence testing and it got
junked for obvious reasons about half a century before any of us were
born. Lewontin et. al. seem to be right - the ideas espoused by Jensen,
Wilson, and their friends just keep getting recycled every few decades,
kind of like the seventeen-year cycle of locust hatching in the Middle
West. Unfortunately, their audience has just as short a historical
memory as they do.
