ATTENTION PLEASE
NEW DEALINE FOR SYMPOSIA PROPOSAL
In attendance to the many solicitations we have had, we are postponing
the deadline for submission of proposals for symposia.
The new deadline will be November 3rd, same deadline for Coordinated
Sessions.
About the Coordianted Sessions:
They can be submitted as:
- a whole session (between 8 and 10 presentations);
- a parcial session (less than 8 presentations);
- an individual presentation to be included in a session.
The Coordinated Sessions are planned as discussion and interactive
sessions.
- The researchers will display a written presentation that will allow
for the participants to read and exchange ideas in small groups;
- After this moment, an open discussion will be coordinated by a
colleague, involving the whole group of researchers and participants;
- The sessions are planned to last about two and a half hours.
The Scientific Committee reserves the right to (re)arrange the proposals
according to the whole set of submitted papers.
