Here's just a note to announce the publication (both in print and
ON-LINE) of Issue No. 4 of TESL-HK (A Newsletter for English Language
Teaching Professionals). <underline>This issue features a special topic
on common, persistent errors made by Chinese learners of English and
teaching strategies for helping these learners are proposed</underline>.
