Dolly the Sheep is Dying

I hear reports that in testing Dolly scientists have discovered that the
cells in Dolly's body are refelctive of the cells in sheep her mother's
age; she will likely die before others of her generation. Isn't it like
that in education, hanging onto the basic, the tried-and-true without
consideration for the delights of discovery and independence of the
individual human spirit?
