To access 1086 go to the California state web Page and search for the
bill by number. The loyalty oaths are part of the application package
for approval for staff development offerers the State Board of Education
directly supervises. I'll see if I can locate a specific URL to make it
quicker to access the bill. The State Department of Education in
California has a summary of all 12 bills on its webpage.- which is
selective in the provisions it reports.
