They actually use the word context. To be certified to do staff
development under 1086 in California one must swear to two oaths. One is
not to use teach the use of context and the other is not to advocate
invented spelling.

At the IRA national convention in San Diego the first week in May a
group of us plan to wear black t-shirts that say on the back Banned in
California and on the front Freedom to teach, Freedom to Learn, Social
Justice.
