Mark and others,

While this may go beyond Mark's request, it seems as of lately
aspects of Cultural Psychology we never had the opportunity to
review are coming up. For me, the second half of the book was a
great personal interest, which discussed issues of
sustainability which is of great importance for activity
settings in a community setting. The second half of the book
may offer an interesting discussion to Marks's requests and
community type activity settings in general.

Sadly, the argument for community type programs is to reduce
crime not to foster learning per se. Just the other day I saw a
commercial on tutoring which has as its objective fostering
learning, but the argument for the importance of tutoring was
not learning but a reduction in crime.
