usually I hate raising my hand, but this is an opportunity for adding
to the chorus. Just came back from "Bergamo" in Indiana - where my
co-presenter Bonnie Waterstone and I did introduced genre analysis as a
way of re-framing curriculum theorizing - ( for example ) wht would it look
like to think of curriculum through lense of genre and social action,
and Bahktin's centrifugal and centripedal voices, - and unpack that
"curriculum as text" metaphor so powerfully reified by Bill Pinar's big
book.

we did a quick analysis of the opening round as genre - as we are now
doing virtually.
