Moderating Mind-As-Action Discussion

My review, with Bill Blanton, of Chapter 2
comes in the midst of a fascinating discussion
sparked by Chapter 1. In the interests of
coherence perhaps it would be better if responses
relevant to Chapter 2 were held back until
the current discussion winds down. (Even better
would be to have a discussion moderator to
suggest when to move on to the next chapter.)
