I don't think about replacement of AT -- I think that the activity theory
within its own limitations is great and very useful. I just think it is not
enough. Feminist approach and Bakhtin's approach (what else?) can be useful
to overcome the narrowness of AT. Of course, I expect that AT will be
changed by the "tectonic pressure" of the other approaches.
