The best system wide use I've seen of the internet in education is in Union City
NJ schools in cooperation with Bell Atlantic. They are making uses from
kindergarten through 12th grade, A key is that they use the internet to support
the curriculum and teaching rather than fitting those into the technology. And
we need to remind ouselves that ineffective teachers are still ineffective no
matter what resources they have.
