I need to speak with an economist, quick!!! ha ha - buuut seriously, I've
got this
document written by a non-economist person;

it's needs a writer... someone who "speaks" the language of gov't revenues
and principles of socialist democracy...

anyone out there with a suggestion (i.e. who) could please post me privately?
