Jay Lemke wondered if designers are really interested
in listening to contrary views about their products.
This and similar issues have been debated on the
Internet by designers and applied anthropologists.
For a list devoted to ethnological issues in design,
ie getting out and observing how users actually
use products in the field, see DISCOVERY.

The list sees spurts of activity and has been kind of
quiet for a while. More business people than activity theorists
on it however.
