Tomasz and Eugene-- The person to contact about I'lyenkov and
ideology is david backhurst bakhurst who-is-at qucdn.quuensu.ca. David
is on the board of MCA but I don't think he reads xmca.
His book on Soviet philosophy and I'lyenkov was very important
in my understanding of Ilyenkov. I would find it fasinating
to know how your question about ideology will answered. And how
will this answer link to Bakhtin?
