Hello XMCAers,
My name is Brad Belbas and I am a new doctoral student at the University
of Minnesota, Department of Work, Community and Family Education. Finding
this list is exciting to me, because I've been looking for ways to further
explore activity theory and become acquainted with the most current work
in Cultural Historical research. Some of my primary interests include
instructional design, education reform, and the development of learning
environments. Having just completed fours years as the assistant director
of the National Service-Learning Clearinghouse, I recently began an
appointment as the graduate student representative to the Committee on
Educational Policy for the College of Education and Human Development at
the University of Minnesota. I'm looking forward to participating in
discussions on XMCA.
