Rolfe, before you go away, I hope to catch you at the last moment and
say a BIG thanks! I know what does it mean to actually go and collect
the references instead of just casually dropping them. Thanks a lot.

Some of these that you mentioned I actually read, but was not thinking
explicitly of them and your posting now reminds me to take a second
look. Some I didn't even read and they will be a great addition to my
paper (and in general).

If you don't have time now, and if you remember when you come back, I
would also like to know the nature of the problems you have with the
theoretical notions of Rosch and Lakoff. (I had some theoretical
problems with Lakoff's theory of metaphor at the time I was writing my
thesis and I am curious if your "problems" have similarity with mine).
