Stanton-- I have mulled over your query. I am not sure how to answer
it. XMCA is designed in part to complement the discussions in MCA. That
linking of media is deliberate, even though we have developed few
discussions around journal articles. MCA (and XMCA) are NOT about
psychology just like they are not ABOUT education. We are working
at developing a cultural-historical activity theory which is some
blends of various traditions and disciplines. So in that framework,
using xmca as a branch of theory in psychology seems inappropriate.
But the journal is interesting and many here might be interested.

Suggestion: Why don't people with an opinion on whether you should
use xmca to promote t in psych activity send you a personal note
about their opinions, A POLL, and you can report back to us-all
what we think?
mike
PS- Then you can report back to us and reality will carry us to the
next whatever.
