I don't doubt at all that there is intense involvement in some communities
of practice (and less in others) -- my point was rather that I suspected
that Edouard makes something like intense involvement the defining
criterion of CoPs. And I wanted to hear where between right and wrong I was
in this interpretation and what formulation he prefers...
