CHAT & Vygotsky?

A number of people on this list have used an acronym (CHAT) which I
do not fully understand, usually in direct reference to Vygotsky. Alex
Kozulin's "Vygotsky in Context" (in "Thought and Language" MIT Press, 8th
printing, 1994) seems a place to start.
I've missed something, because all I can come up with is C?? H??
Activity Theory. Is this close? Would someone please advise/translate
&/or point me to another reference?
