reviewed journal in its fourth year of publishing scholarly works on
education policy. (It is located at http://seamonkey.ed.asu.edu/epaa/)

EPAA now invites readers to submit for review and possible publication
commentary on articles published in past issues. Commentary should
generally be between 100 and 1,000 lines, but worthy comments outside
these limits will also be considered.

For examples of published commentary see articles in Volume 4, 1996, at
the World Wide Web site for the journal.
