I want to encourage everyone *not* to forward the petition to the
Salt Lake City School Board that was circulated here. It is a good
cause, but the petition itself is very badly designed; petitions of
that genus have been multiplying rapidly of late and causing great
disruption and annoyance on the net. For a guide to well-designed

with "Subject: archive send action-alerts".
