Ana,
Well, there is someone here who does speak Russian, so maybe I can
make use of the abstracts.

I can't find the cite for the paper on Cazden's writing class, which
was co-authored with Jim Loebdell. But there is a chapter in her
book, _Whole Language Plus_ (1992, Teachers College Press)
that discusses the use of drama for a certain kind of text
interpretation in the classroom , the kind that intimately
links reader (invoking reader's own experience) to a character
(or text) voice so that meaning isn't "found" exegetically
but "created" in performance.

In that chapter she cites another article I don't remember reading:

Cazden, Performing expository texts in the foreign langauge classroom.
In C. Kramsch & S. McConnell-Ginet (Eds), _Text and context:
Cross-disciplinary perspectives on language study_ (pp. 67-78).
Lexington, MA: D.C. Heath.
