Got some queries about how one can join the Ethno/CA
(Ethnomethodology/Conversation Analysis) discussion list... here's the info.:

It's a list not just for EM/CA people but also for Communications people,
and generally topics of discourse analysis (like those we've been discussing
recently, IRF, classroom discourse) and communications are
discussed. On average it does not give you as much mail as xmca does :-)
Happy New Year (Western? Solar?... :-) well, Eugene, do you think we
need to specify that every time we say it? rather longish though! :-) but
I'll tell you when the lunar new year is around :-) ...)
