Tenurable Appointment: 2 Positions

The University wishes to make two appointments: one in any area of
DEVELOPMENTAL PSYCHOLOGY (Reference No. 45195) and one in any area of SOCIAL
PSYCHOLOGY (Reference No 45995). The appointees must have a doctoral
qualification and will be expected to teach and supervise student research
(particularly at the postgraduate level). Applicants are sought from
candidates with strong research and teaching interests.

For both appointments, the ability to contribute to the teaching of
introductory psychology and/or to contribute to the teaching of methodology
and statistics would be an advantage.

The Department of Psychology is one of the largest and most productive in
Australia with good research facilities for human experimentation. It also
has good computing and teaching facilities. In addition to specific Masters
and PhD programs in Clinical, Clinical Neuropsychological, and
Organizational Psychology, the department has particular strengths within
Social, Cognitive (including Cognitive Science), Clinical, Developmental,
Learning and Neuropsychology.

Salary: Lecturer (Level ); $42,198 - $50,110
