Hi Francine,
I read about a quarter of what I thought was the ocmplete paper. Wonderful! If what you sent out wasn’t the whole thing, it WAS free for my reading. In any case, I don’t have time to read it all right now, but want to read a bit at a time. The missing “A” in CHT is worth the read along, but there is so much more. Please send me a free copy on line if there are still some available.
