I didn't have DjVU but downloaded it (free) from here https://sourceforge.net/projects/djvu/files/latest/download?source=files  and it was very easy to install.

Thanks Haydi! I can open the book in DjVU fine, but perhaps for the others you could send around 2 PDFs, one each ofr Taylor and Pippin?
