This was very interesting to hear about
one question:
this strikes me as a big assumption "Someone with only a degree in Ethnic
Studies will not know this stuff."
Would it be fruitful to look for someone with a strong background in Ethnic
studies AND labor organizing within such a position?
Sounds like a generative opening
