The Department of Psychology is seeking to fill a tenure-track faculty
position at the level of Assistant Professor, with an anticipated start
date of July 1, 2018. We are interested in candidates studying social
development, broadly construed, with an emphasis on links between social
development and other areas such as cognition, morality, affect, or
neuroscience.   Use or development of new experimental or computational
methods is highly desirable. The department is interested in candidates who
will contribute to diversity and equal opportunity in higher education
through their teaching, research, and service.



A Ph.D. or equivalent degree is required by date of hire. Candidates must
have completed all degree requirements except the dissertation at the time

Applicants should submit a cover letter, curriculum vitae, research
statement, summary of teaching experience and interests, a brief statement
addressing past and/or potential contributions to diversity through
