Just wanted to bring David Lancy's work to the attention of XMCA folks. He
is an anthropologist (retired) who has done studies of childhood and
learning in different cultures. He has authored a number of great books
that articulate well with CHAT/SCT theories (e.g., The Anthropology of
Childhood and The Anthropology of Learning in Childhood), and I kinda liked
his blog here:
