This is a simple page, so any attempts at formatting the description paragraph (inserting lists, carriage returns, etc.) on your part will not be carried into the eventual entry on the books page. What you type will appear as a single paragraph.
Similarly, if you use MS Word to create the text and then copy/paste it into the form, any formatting that Word does - like converting quote marks into "curly quotes" - will cause problems (said curly quotes will show up as question marks on the webpage).
When you have finished this page, send a jpeg image of your book's cover, 96dpi, and 200 pixels on the longest side to xmcabooks@mail.lchc.ucsd.edu
And if you find after viewing your book's information on the web, that you are not happy with it, send a note to the above address asking us to pull your first attempt, and then go back to the form (below) and start over.
